My Story

Simran Kaur, a 7-year-old in 2nd grade, tragically lost her father in April 2023. He had been a granthi Singh for 8 years. They own 2 acres of land, providing them with $500 every six months. Jasneet, her mother, and her two younger siblings share their home with her grandmother and her uncle's family. Their house consists of temporary toilet and bathroom facilities without proper roofs. Simran enjoys apples and playing. Her favorite person is her father. She loves pink color.
